Two different grape varieties are aged in a Qvevri, A traditional earthenware vessel that is usually buried during fermentation, These are the highly tannic, full bodied Saperavi, and the juicier, softer Merlot. They combine in perfect harmony, using ancient winemaking techniques to create a polished and modern expression of fine Ukrainian wine
The result is a savoury, indulgent wine with pronounced flavour intensity, well integrated tannins and a clean, long finish. Just 1,790
